A SENIOR SESSION

A typical Senior/ Portrait Session takes time. Meaning when you first step in front of the camera you’re going to feel slightly nervous. Often you say " what do I do with my hands? etc" It’s just what happens (even when I step in front of the camera), but then I’ll make you forget all about those thoughts you had in the first place! Why and how, you ask? Well because I’ll make you giggle and smile like we are just hanging out as buddies. You’ll loosen up and relax and as the session goes you’ll become more COMFORTABLE, CONFIDENT & FREE to do your own poses and knock the session out of the park! A sweet spot for a senior/ portrait session is anywhere from 1 ½ hours to 2 1/2 hours, usually with wardrobe changes, makeup touch ups and possible change in locations.

MAKEUP:

YES!!! GET YOUR MAKEUP DONE! ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE. I have MUA's that I recommend so you can ask me. OR if you want to do your makeup yourself that's cool too.

HAIR:

What makes you, you? Whether your hair is curly or straight. Even if you want to do the opposite of what your daily hair style is, Do what makes you happy and not stressed!

CLOTHING: Keep Your style but why not use the Client Closet and chose something thats not in your closet. That doesn't mean it's not who you are.

MAKEUP: DO IT!! Everyone loves getting dolled up. It's a special time for you. I'M HERE FOR IT!

It's a popular choice to get it done, and it doesn't have to be anything crazy.

HAIR: Don't color it right before your session, but DO get it styled! It's the best feeling to get out of the salon chair feeling like your best self!
